Right above the solid SIP foundation, we lay high-quality laminate flooring, offering you a variety of finishes to choose from to give your space that personal touch.
For the roof, we're pulling out all the stops with at least 5 inches of sturdy structural insulated panels (SIPs), all wrapped up in a snug EPDM rubber membrane coat. This top-notch material isn't just tough—it also boasts a waterproof seal manufacturers guarantee for 25 years, so you can say hello to cosy, dry indoors no matter the weather. We cleverly design a gentle slope on the roof, ensuring rainwater takes the hint and heads off smoothly.
Fancy a bit more daylight? A skylight might just be the ticket, and it's a choice a lot of our customers are absolutely loving.
Straight onto those snug SIP walls, we secure vertical timber battens, crafting clever little channels to keep all your pipes and cables out of sight and out of mind for a neat and tidy finish. Then, we layer up with plasterboard, smoothing on plaster to the walls and ceiling for that flawless look. But we don’t stop there! It’s your space, and we’re here to make it feel just right. Fancy a splash of colour, a standout feature wall, or some sound-dampening acoustic panels? You’ve got it. And if you’re looking to mount heavy gear on the walls, don’t you worry—we can beef up those walls to hold up just about anything you need.
When it comes to foundations, we use ground screws that are both eco-friendly and incredibly durable. Our hot-dipped, zinc-coated heavy-duty ground screws range from 80cm to 1.2m long, making them capable of supporting any size build and everything inside it. These screws are an excellent choice for several reasons:
