We Assess
We'll visit to assess the issue, determine whether it's covered under the guarantee, and agree next steps with you.

We Fix It
If it's covered, we repair or replace the affected element at no cost to you. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price.
Important Conditions

Keep the building properly ventilated
Maintain installed systems (AC, heating) per manufacturer guidance
Do not use the building as a permanent residence
Do not make structural alterations without our approval
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear over time
Weather-related colour changes to natural timber cladding
Natural movement or minor cracking in timber
Glass scratches or imperfections identified after initial inspection
Damage from severe weather events or flooding
Modifications made without our approval
DIY alterations or work by unauthorised trades
Use as a permanent residence or sleeping accommodation
