10-Year Build Integrity Assurance: Your peace of mind is our top priority! We want you to feel completely at ease with the knowledge that, for a whole decade, any architectural or structural quirks that might pop up are totally covered by us.
Windows and Doors 3 year Guarantee: If your double glazing starts misting up, or if there's an issue with the hinges, locks, or your lovely external decking, we're here to help.
1-Year Peace of Mind on those finer details like roof facias, interior finishes, floor coverings, and all the electrical bits and bobs, including appliances.
Wear, Tear & Weather: Normal wear and tear, and the change in colour of your building’s cladding due to weather, aren’t covered. Natural timber changes over time, so a little TLC with UV Protection oil will keep it looking sharp.
Timber’s Temper: Small cracks and natural changes in timber are part of its charm and aren’t covered by the guarantee.
Glass & Glazing: We follow the Glass and Glazing Federation guidelines, so once you've given the thumbs up at inspection, we can’t cover scratches or imperfections.
Living Quarters: Our buildings are superstar studios, offices, and more, but they're not for living in. If you do, our guarantee waves goodbye.
Need a Fix?: Spotted an issue? Get in touch with our main office pronto to keep your guarantee golden. We’ll sort it out at no extra cost, but heads up, going rogue with repairs without our nod can’t be reimbursed.
DIY & Alterations: Bringing your own bits for us to install or making changes? That’s cool, but it’s outside our guarantee. And remember, any structural DIY adventures without our say-so mean the guarantee can't cover those changes.
Taking Care: Ensure proper ventilation and avoid trapping moisture around your building. Overloading the floor or blocking airflow could void the guarantee.
Maintenance Matters: Keep all those installed gadgets, like air conditioning, in tip-top shape with regular servicing.

Extreme Weather: We’re builders, not weather wizards, so damage from severe weather or flooding isn’t covered.
The Fine Print: Our liability caps at what you paid for the product. Ensuring everything's installed and maintained correctly is key to keeping your guarantee valid.
