A garden room should feel like a real room — not a shed with a heater in it. That's what we set out to prove when we started building in Surrey in 2019, and it's the standard we hold every build to today.
We use SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) throughout every build — walls, floor and roof. SIPs outperform standard timber frame on insulation, strength and soundproofing. It's more expensive to build with, but the result is a garden room that holds temperature, stays quiet and stays dry year after year.
Everything is turnkey. Ground screws, structure, cladding, glazing, flooring, plastering, electrics — all handled by our own team and handed over with a signed electrical certificate and a 10-year structural guarantee.
We work mainly across Surrey, Berkshire and West London. Our showroom is at The Farm Shop in Lyne — open seven days a week — where you can see our materials in person and ask as many questions as you like before committing to anything.
