This extended height golf simulator studio was built for a client in Surrey who wanted a proper, year-round practice space at home. The structure is built to 4m internal height to accommodate a full simulator screen and tracking system, with a dedicated electrical supply including multiple circuits for the projector, simulator unit, lighting and heating.
The exterior is clad in Millboard board and batten in anthracite — a low-maintenance composite that holds its appearance without any treatment. Internally, the room was finished with acoustic wall panels on the screen wall, LED strip lighting on a dimmer circuit, and a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to keep the space comfortable year-round. The simulator itself was installed by Golf Swing Systems after our build was complete.
