Instead of traditional timber frames, we utilise Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) known for their outstanding energy efficiency and strength. Our rooms are designed to keep you comfortably warm during the winter and cool during the summer. In addition to the SIPs structure, we install A-rated windows and doors that maximise thermal efficiency and offer excellent soundproofing, ensuring a serene retreat.

That’s why we avoid Redwood cladding and offer cladding options with a lifespan of 40 years or more. Our durable cladding materials ensure your garden room stays looking great for years to come.

Depending on the span, we offer either an EPDM or metal roof panel, both of which guarantee durability and protection against the elements and come with a 20-year guarantee. Unlike inferior alternatives, we never use felt roofing materials, ensuring your garden room remains secure and weather-resistant.

We believe in providing a superior finish that surpasses the standard found in lower-quality garden rooms. Our garden rooms feature a flawless plaster finish, along with laminate flooring and skirting boards that complete the look. The walls are left bare, ready for you to personalise with your choice of paint. Alternatively, upon request, we can spray them with three coats of white trade emulsion for a clean and bright aesthetic.
